Steve Potter
Founder & CEO
Steve is a fulltime Property Investor first and foremost. In 2019 he started to build a property portfolio from scratch. Over 3-4 years he went from £0 - >£1.2M using an array of strategies. In that time, he also built PPS Property Management Ltd, Places by Potter LLP and D&S Furnishings Ltd. All these companies are to support property investors along their own journey’s. In his career before PPS Property Management, he was in Electrical engineering with ICI and Sellafield managing people, risk and hazard reduction. He now brings his skills to PPS Property Management Ltd.
Ashton Potter
Trainee Customer Support
Ash is our newest member of staff and she’s the one you’ll talk to first as she runs the office and customer support. She keeps us organised and on point for our customers and tenants.
Debbie Potter
Director
Debbie has become a businesswoman after being a fulltime mum. She owns her own business and part owns PPS Property Management, Places by Potter LLP and D&S Furnishings Ltd. She brings accountability, positivity and grounding to the business and the team. By using her past experiences she wants to provide quality and attainable housing for all.
Chloe Turner
Trainee Property developer
Chloe is the bubbly boisterous one who’s getting to grips with renovating properties and training on all areas of the business. She’s been learning to plaster, tile, wallpaper, paint and demolish. Now she’s working towards a Level 4 qualification in Property Lettings.
Alice Potter
Socials Specialist
Alice is an established influencer and vlogger in her own rite. For us she brings her wealth of experience to help our socials, video's and marketing efforts. Her editing skills usually means that videos are edited before we’ve had chance to set up the next shot.
