Below is a set of general guidelines meant for potential tenants. You should be prepared to answer and demonstrate proof if necessary that you can be a reliable tenant. Carefully review the prompts below before contacting us to schedule an appointment.
Credit History and Score
- What is your current credit score?
- Do you have any outstanding debt? How much?
- Have you ever filed for bankruptcy?
- Do you currently rely on financial assistance from the government?
Civil & Criminal Search
- Have you ever filed a lawsuit against a landlord or had one filed against you?
- Have you ever been evicted?
- Is you or someone in your home a registered sex offender?
- Are there any other outstanding criminal activities on your record that you're required to inform us about?
Rental History (Last 5 Years)
- Do you have a rental history you can demonstrate?
- Did you ever break a lease early?
- How often, if ever, did you make late payments?
- Were you ever asked to leave due to complaints from other tenants?
- Do you have any recommendations?
Employment
- Are you currently employed full-time?
- What field do you work in and how long have you been consistently employed?
- Can you verify your income whether it be from an employer or another source?
- Do you have other sources of income that allow you to live aside from general employment?
